Dornbracht is a German specialist in premium designer fittings and accessories for bathrooms, spas, and kitchens. Founded in 1950, the company is known internationally for timeless design, craftsmanship, and luxury products.

 

Challenge

 

Dornbracht needed a digital platform that reflected its brand values of luxury, quality, and innovation. The site also had to support customers across 24 countries and 5 languages. With more than 8,000 products, Dornbracht needed a seamless, user-friendly catalog experience that could support demand generation through CRM integration. Mid-project, Dornbracht turned to XCentium to help deliver the digital experience at the quality level the brand required.

 

Solution

 

XCentium used Sitecore Experience Platform to build a scalable global website for Dornbracht’s international presence.

 

The team developed more than 20 custom Sitecore Experience Platform modules to support Dornbracht’s complex needs. These modules provided tailored functionality that could adapt across regions and languages.

 

XCentium also connected the platform with key business systems. Sitecore forms were integrated with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management to support demand generation and customer data collection. Oracle Product Data Hub helped manage Dornbracht’s catalog of more than 8,000 products. Akamai Intelligent Edge Platform improved global content delivery and site performance. Google Maps was added to the showroom finder so customers could locate Dornbracht showrooms in their local area.

 

Outcomes

 

Dornbracht launched a multilingual, regionally tailored website that reflected the luxury and craftsmanship of its products. The project was delivered on time and on budget.

 

The new site included wish lists, language switching across 5 languages, product bundling, regional promotions, search engine optimization features, and a showroom locator. Content authors could create and manage content across regions and languages more efficiently.
